The quickest way to solve this, is reprogramming your card on our MyCircle app. While this can happen on occasion, it shouldn't happen regularly. Contact help@mycirclehq.com if you continue to have issues.
Think of 'NFC' as 'contactless', like you have when you pay at shops. NFC, stands for Near-Field Communication. Meaning it can share information loaded if it is close to a NFC reader. And most modern phone's, come with an NFC reader. In this case NFC allows us to take people to your profile!
There is two options for businesspeople without a logo. Firstly, grab a MyCircle card which doesn't need any custom engraving. Or as an alternative, you can just enter your name and/or your title.
